A word about the Centre of Faith Education:
Since July 1998, the Center of Faith Education which was started by Pilar Theological College has been conducting courses on the Bible and Theology for the Laity. The idea came about as a response to the growing interest among the laity for acquiring deeper knowledge of the Bible and of Theology.

My friend's husband in UK who was undergoing acute depression for almost five months with sleepless nights, no proper intake of food and was being taken care just like a small child, got miraculously cured when I conveyed to him over the phone that I will place his sickness at the foot of the cross at the CROSS maiden at Dhobitalao, Mumbai on that particular Saturday and the same very night, he was miraculously cured. Yes, if one has faith in the mercies of our Lord, each one of us will experience his power.

PRAISE THE LORD. GLORY BE YR NAME NOW AND FOREVER.

Spreading word of truth (Jesus)

Jesus commanded his followers to go and make deciples of every nation. (Mathew 28:19) I am a follower of Jesus and I take his word as an order. Since I accepted Jesus as my Saviour and Lord I have been working to spread his message that is evangelising for the last 29 years in Goa and some parts of Maharashtra. I have been telling people that they will know God only through his word. They should read bible. Because God speaks through his word (Hebrew 1:1-2) Instead people think that if they follow their customs and traditions they will know God and that is enough to go to heaven which is a white lie. People should make a habit of reading bible everyday. God will speak to them through his word. He has given instructions how to live a godly life and not to indulge in ungodly acts which we see in Goa today. God wants that all people should repent and come to him for salvation. For bible says. "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". Jesus said. " Repent,for the kingdom of heaven is near".(Mathew 4:17). These are ending days. Jesus is coming again. Warning for God's people. All should repent that is his desire. Start reading bible. God will do the rest.

Very fun and exciting musical happening tomorrow

Hi everyone!
I know this is very last minute, but if you're like me sometimes "last minute" works best!
Anyhow, I wanted to let you know that there is a very fun and exciting musical happening tomorrow, Saturday, at Twin Lakes Church. The musical is based on the story of Daniel and the Lion's Den. It's called "Rescue in the Night" and it's very inspiring. My three oldest girls are in it and many others you might know (Cooks, Buies, Torrs, Pickens, etc.). The musical starts at 11:00, but there is a recital of various venues that begins at 10:00.
If you can't make it to the actual musical and recital on Saturday at 10:00, there will be a performance of a few songs for the Saturday evening service and Sunday morning services.
Saturday service starts at 6:00 and Sunday services are at 9:00 and 10:45. Please let us know if you plan to come so we can look for you! We'd love to see you there!

I have been receiving your mail frequently and i have lifted up the persons to God who needed prayers, but now i need prayers for my sister-in-law Sunita Nazareth who is in hospital for both her kidney failure and in for dialysis twice a week, having 3 yrs daughter and my brother is not in position to take care of her financially need for her dialysis need that comes around 5000 per months, pray with me as i am trying to raise fund. God will helps us to show right path. please prays for my sister-in-law health.

"Sunitha your faith has healed you. Go and sin no more. "Praise God.Jesus sees our faith and does wonderful things in one's life. So trust Jesus and wait for the healing of Sunitha. I will keep on praying for her healing during my daily prayer time.

God just test us to see how much we are willing to give up for Him, and if we have faith and believe that He is a Father who wants the best for his children, we will always be ready to leave things in His hands with FAITH, and you will be surprised at the marvelous, wonderful ways He works for you, ways you have never dreamt off or even thought about. Salvation

Dear Ruberto, Christian greetings. You have wrong notion about salvation and I think it is your own understanding. You should check with the word of God, that is bible. You say that we should believe in the creator and that is the way to salvation. Satan also believes in the creator. So what? My dear friend, you have to believe in him that itself is not enough. You have to receive him. For bible says. "Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God."(John !:12) You have to receive and also believe both. How to receive him is this way. Repent and be baptized,everyone of you,in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. " When the Spirit of Christ comes in you,that is Jesus comes in you. This is the only way to salvation.You are saved. Then you have to commit your life to him and promise that you will live as he wants and not as you want. All these years you were living as per your will. But now onwards you have to live as he leads you through his Spirit. That is called born again.Read John's gospel chapter 3 verses 1 to 7. You don't know the scripture. Ofcourse I don't want to hurt you and if you are offended please forgive me. I want you to come to the knowledge of our God who is Jesus our Saviour and Lord. Hallelujah.

I `m the advisers of Youth in our parishes and also to our trainees. I do my best to spread the good news of our creator and the TRUTH. God giving us the opportunity to spread his word. Dear Readers, People do not know the truth. But everybody wants to know the truth. In this modern world people are fadeup with problems, difficulties etc.in their life.Each one is in search of God.But where to find? So also we see many Holy men who claim to know God and claim that they can lead others to God. But if you see their life, you will come to know what they are. Because Jesus says."You shall know them by their fruit."When I started reading the Bible I found it quiet interesting. I went on reading for about ten months continuously. I was convicted of my sinful life. Some verses from the scripture started coming to my mind as if somebody wants to say something to me. I kept on reading on and on. And then I came to know Jesus. His words started speaking to me. His words became alive, his words say. "I am the way,the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except me."(John14:6) That day I committed my life to Jesus. I prayed to him saying."Lord Jesus I believe that I am a sinner and I also believe that you died for my sins. Lord Jesus I believe that you paid the penalty for my sins. Lord Jesus please forgive my sins and wash my heart with your precious blood and make me clean. Give me your Holy Spirit and come into my life.I promise that I will follow you as per your word. From today you are my Saviour, my God and my Father.Amen." Some thing happened from next day onwards.God that is Jesus started talking through his words.I was delighted and became very happy. I said to myself Why I should not share this happiness to others? From next day I went on telling people about Jesus. More I shared more I became happy and finally that became my habit. Now 29 years have passed. That time we were only seven goans who became believers. Everybody went on sharing gospel to our friends, relatives and neighbours. We visited house to house, village to village. As we went on witnessing God went on adding more and more people. Initially we had to face lot of opposition.But we did not deter. God started blessing us in everything. I have seen one thing and that is people want short cut. They do not want to exert.But they want God. They do not want to know him but they want him.Bible says."Seek the Lord while he may be found, call him while he is near".People have to seek him,people have to call him.Bible also says."You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free."(John 8:32) Jesus says "You shall know the truth."In So one has to to know the truth and to know the truth one has to read the bible.Jesus commanded his apostles to go and make desciples.It is the duty of every believer to spread the word.Later these disciples were called Christians first time at Antioch(Acts11:26).Apart from reading the word one has to spend time in prayers.Spend some time alone with God.As one goes on growing in the Lord,he receives love, joy, peace, happiness, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.Against such things there is no law.(Gal.5:22-23)That is why we tell everybody to read the bible.People will not come to know God unless they read the bible.If they read the bible they will come to know God.By knowing God is not enough,they have to have relation with him.How they will have relation? They have to accept Jesus his Son as their Saviour and become his child as the scripture says in John 1:12."Yet to all who received him,to those who believed in his name,he gave the right to become children of God." Now since one becomes child of God he or she becomes heir of God.Once one becomes heir then he or she gets rightful place in God's family.This is the only way to have relation with God.Read bible,accept Jesus as Saviour and you become child of God.One does not become child of God by being born in Christian family or any other way.He or she may be from any religion.One has to say the sinners prayer,for all are sinners and accept Jesus as Saviour for bible says."Salvation is found in no one else,for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."(Acts 4:12)God is sending his people to tell others to read the bible and be saved.People are slaves of first and foremost that is sin.Unless they get saved from sin they will not be able to see the light,that light is Jesus.God is striving to save his people through his disciples.Preaching is going on day and night.His people are travelling around the world to preach and proclaim Christ.All these years for centuries bible was hidden so that people may not know Jesus.The gospel was veiled to those who are perishing.(2Cor.4:3-4)Who has veiled it?It was veiled by the god of this world that is Satan.Satan is rulling this world.(1John5:19)That's why we see so much violence, killing, cheating, drunkeness, gambling and what not.We have to save as many people as possible with the help of God. People are dying without knowing God. And those people who are dying are lost for ever.We will not be able to do any thing for them once they die. So if any one wants to save himself, he or she must read the bible and do what the bible says. One may ask what about hindus, muslims, parsees, sikhs, jains etc. Every body has to come to Jesus. They may not agree.But who can save them? No one except Jesus.All power is given to Jesus.All the gods are dead and gone, only Jesus is alive. he was and is and is to come.he is Alpha and Omega. That is why bible says. "Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. "He is a king of Kings and Lord of Lords. Hallelujah. My humble request to one and all who do not know God personally, they should read the bible,know him and try to have relation with him so that he may give them eternal life making them his children. God loves Goa and also India.God loves every one for God is love. Praise God, Praise Jesus. Hallelujah. Amen.
