The Fruit of The Spirit - Guardian Angel

“I was slightly brain damaged at birth, and I want people like me to see that they shouldn’t let a disability get in the way. I want to raise awareness – I want to turn my disability into ability.”

The above quote belongs to, none other than, Susan Boyle, the, now, world famous vocal phenom whose story and videos have gone viral in record breaking numbers and at record breaking speed.

In fact, as of April 20, 2009, the YouTube video of Susan Boyle, was skyrocketing toward becoming the most viewed video in the history of YouTube.

In just nine days, the video garnered over 100 million views…100 MILLION.

At this point, I’ve read dozens of stories, watched dozens of commentaries and listened to dozens of conversations about Susan Boyle.

You see, Susan has transcended the odds. Susan has inspired, been courageous and served as a reminder dreams really do come true.

But, until now, no one has addressed “how”.

How did this happen?

My response to all the “how”… is uncomplicated.

“In Spirit we belong; in Spirit we are one”

It’s that simple.

Personal life

Boyle still lives in the family home, a four-bedroom council house, with her ten-year-old cat, Pebbles.

Her father died in the 1990s, and her siblings had left home. As she never married, Boyle cared for her ageing mother until she died in 2007 at the age of 91, which meant that she never had any time for herself. A neighbour reported that when Bridget Boyle died, her daughter "wouldn't come out for three or four days or answer the door or phone."

Susan Boyle remains active as a volunteer at Our Lady of Lourdes church in Blackburn, Scotland, visiting elderly members of the congregation in their homes.

Boyle's first album, I Dreamed a Dream, will be released on 23rd November 2009

LOVE is THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT
and is manifested in:
JOY
Joy is love's strength
PEACE
Peace is love's security
LONG-SUFFERING
Long-suffering is love's patience
GENTLENESS
Gentleness is love's conduct
GOODNESS
Goodness is love's character
FAITH Faith is love's confidence
MEEKNESS
Meekness is love's humility
TEMPERANCE
Temperance is love's victory

Only as we live in love can we fulfill the Will of God in our lives.
Without the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT we are just a religious noise.

Spirit gives life.

Dear Readers,
Christian greetings. Basically there are three spirits. They are Human spirit,Holy Spirit and the Evil Spirit. Every human being has the spirit but because the person is born to human race and has inherited sin from Adam,so the person's spirit is dead. Person is alive physically but spiritually the person is dead. Second is the Holy Spirit. He is God's spirit. Person who is dead in spirit becomes alive when he receives Holy Spirit.When he receives the Holy Spirit? Person receives the Holy Spirit when his or her sins are forgiven. And when one's sins are forgiven? when a sinner who is dead receives Jesus Christ as Savior, receives the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit comes into that person,becomes alive before God. (Ephesians 2:1) " You were dead in your trespasses and sin,now you have been made alive." Unless a sinner receives the Holy Spirit he will not have the fruit of the Holy Spirit. And to receive,one has to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus. (acts 2:38) People think otherwise. They think that a person, because he or she is born in catholic family and babtized with infant baptism,has the Holy Spirit. It is not so. Every person rather every sinner who is born on this earth has to repent and be baptized in immersed baptism receives the Holy Spirit. These are the rules framed by God which cannot be altered. God's work has to be done in God's way and not ours.
Fruit of the Holy Spirit are nine. They are love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control against such there is no law. When a person receives Holy Spirit,all these qualities of God come into the person. And in due time the person starts bringing out thos godly qualities through his life. That's why Jesus testifies about His disciples that they would be know by their fruit. Disciples of Jesus are expected to do that. They have to exhibit these qualities in their lives and that is the command. Person who has received Jesus has to live like Jesus. Old habits he has to leave and try to change his behaviour and become like Jesus. Otherwise he has no right to call himself a Christian. After all what is the meaning of Christian? Christian means Christ-in. He should walk like Jesus and talk like Jesus. His walk and talk should match. His audio and vidio should be perfect person may commit mistake but not sin. Christian walk is costly and everyone who wants to walk with Jesus must be prepared to pay the cost. That's why Jesus says that his followers must carry their own cross. Carrying the cross means to pay the cost. Christian life is not a bed of roses but path of thorns. Christians are being persecuted,humiliated,abused and insulted all over the world. And this the cross Jesus is talking about. Even some have been killed in Orissa in recent times. Christians are supposed to bear fruit for Jesus and that is the sweet fragrance christians can offer to Jesus. Hallelujah.
Now one may ask as to why one should carry the cross? It is because Jesus is going to take them to heaven. He is giving them the precious gift of great salvation. That's why Jesus repeats again and again saying be born again. Unless one is born again no one can enter the kingdom of God. (John 3:5) So my dear friends think and if you are convinced,say the prayer which I have given in one of my letters on this website.
