Prayers for ~ A Gift of Child ~

Dear All,

My hubby is not doing well in his job. He is in Kuwait. I also did not conceive when i m longing to be a mother. Please pray for me and my husband so that he gets a good job and we are together soon and so tat i conceive wit a baby soon. My sister is also unable to conceive for the past 3 years. Please pray for her too as my entire family is longing for children in my family.

The Life Changing Word of God

Remember, we don't change God's message -- His message changes us.

"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God". 1 Corinthians 1:17-19

I remember a time when my friend wasn’t saved, sanctified and Holy-Spirit filled. He used to believe that people who believed in God were stupid and foolish. He mean to say, how could they believe in something that they could not see?

Yes, he used to go to church and listen to the Man of God preach about heaven, but he found it hard to believe that there could be a heaven with so much hell on earth. He saw poverty and despair all around him. He saw supposedly “good” people suffering in ways that they didn’t deserve. He watched as a very good “Christian” friend of his suffered through the pain and agony of a cancer that would one day take her life. Yes, he knew about God but somehow, he found it hard to believe that He (God) knew about him.

Then one Sunday as he sat in church listening to the preacher talk about how God knows and sees our struggles and about how we needed to see beyond our natural and start looking at God through His supernatural eye; He felt something that he had never before experienced; A peace that passes all understanding. His eyes were opened for the very first time.

On that all important day, he began to see and experience the true power of the Holy Spirit as it landed on him and changed the course of his life. He finally got it. He finally understood with his heart what God’s message was all about. It wasn’t about what we see and hear around us, it is about what a relationship with God truly meant.

He finally understood that what he had been going to church for all those years weren’t meant to change the world around him. Rather, it was meant to change his world; A world that places God at its center. The word of God is an instrument that is used to lead us and teach us as we journey through this world. The word of God is a lesson to aid us as we are reconciled to the Kingdom of God. The word of God is the key to the kingdom.

Aren’t you glad for His Word?

Prayer:
Father God, we come before the throne of grace to give thanks for Your word. Your word that gives us life eternal through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We thank You for the gift of life: for the breath that sustains life, for the food of this earth that nurtures life, for the love of family and friends without which there would be no life. O Lord, Your compassions never fail and Your mercies are new every morning: We give You thanks for giving each of us relief from pain and hope of health renewed. Continue in us, we pray, the good work You have begun; that we, daily increasing in bodily strength, and rejoicing in Your goodness, may so order our lives and conduct that we may always think and do those things that please You; through Jesus Christ our Lord. We give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever. Amen.

I AM - everything possible

For with God nothing shall be impossible - Luke 1:37

When Mary’s faith was reaffirmed through the testimony of her cousin Elizabeth as narrated by the Angel, she acknowledged God's omnipotence and the impossible happened.

We all call ourselves 'Catholic's of the true God, the One and only Living God'. But our faith is so bad that when we have problems we first look at our resources and at the resources of our colleagues to solve the problem (even when we do not see a solution). I do not say we do not try solving problem by ourselves. For, it is the Lord only, who puts the resources in our lives. But when we do not see any solution happening or when things are too difficult; that is the time when we should be on our knees not to pray but acknowledge our Lord God. We need to just realize who our God is and tell it to our situation. And when we do it, our situation will surely change, for our situation is not greater then our God.

Prayer:
Lord, many a time I am praying and praying for my problem to solve but I lack faith in acknowledging your omnipotence and to tell it to my situation. Help me Holy Spirit in those difficult, impossible moments by reminding me who my God is and to tell it to my situation. I and all Members of Guardian Angel pray that Mrs Mary N Fernandes and her sister may conceive with a wonderful child, as we give Glory to You forever and ever, we make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Holy Father in Heaven, creator of the Universe, thank You for our many blessings. I ask for forgiveness of my sins so that I may be counted as righteous in Your site. I thank You for that privilege.
Today I pray for the people who are living with various types of problems, diseases and illnesses that remain incurable at present time. Be with these people in the way that only You can. Give them the strength and the courage they need to get through each day. Lesson their symptoms so that they may have some relief. I pray that they are cured and live long and joyful lives.

Dear Mary, my suggestion you receive the Holy Eucharist everyday and fast one or two hrs after receiving and read the Psalms 113 and believe strongly, that you will conceive, this goes for you and your sister. Regarding your husband let him make a clean confession, confessing everything and going for daily mass for nine days will provide your husband with a good job, i will pray for your intentions to be granted.

It may interest you to know that this site does preach religion. In the same vein, One cannot practice Christianity well without belonging to a church because the church motivates you to practice Christianity in the proper manner, besides, you get proper explanation of the provisions of the bible from bible scholars who usually preside in the church as priests. However, once you go to church and are able to read the bible, understand it and put it in practice, the church you are going is okay for it is not the church that saves but your relationship with Jesus Christ. So if you have not been going to church, find one today and make it a way of getting closer to God. Once you are closer to God, your answers to all your prayers are readily available

Your prayer request for the gift of a child for yourself and your sister took me back to my past memories wherein i had also been in the same situation as you are in today. My thirst to be blessed with a child lasted for 8 long years but all through these years i never gave up. I always believed that with God nothing was impossible and that some day or the other god would open my barren womb and bless me with a gift of a child. In March 2007 god decided to graduate me from being a wife to a mother and on 1st March'07 i was blessed with a baby girl whom i have named Pearl cause she is God's precious gift to me. Mary through my experience i would just like to assure you and convey to you and your sister that God is watching you'll and he will definately bless you'll with your heart's desire some day or the other just continue to trust in him and pray not only for yourself but also for all the childless couples over the world and god will surely reward you'll with children and make you'll happy mothers just like i am today. Do not get dejected. I have relatives who have conceived after 13/ 7 years. Keep praying and I will add you both and yr sis to my list of childless couples. My first prayers is for others and God really answers. This has been happening in my case, I was praying for my friends children whose case was similar to yours, now three of them are on the family way. So pray with FAITH, forgive all you have hurt you, observe Fast on a Friday and say the station of the Cross at 3'clock.

Also recite with faith the following prayers, a very powerful novena. Start also novena to St. Jude, he is the patron of hopeless cases. Make these prayers as your daily recitation.

Dear Mary,
I have gone through your letter. Jesus is the only answer for your problem and your sister's as well. It is easy to advice. But to give right advice is only from the bible. The bible gives solutions on each and every problem. We have been taught nothing from the word of God, that is the bible. If one sees right from the childhood nothing is preached neither emphasized from the word of God. We are told to do or precisely follow what our priest tell or our parents do. First of all we are not told what faith is and how to have it. Bible says that without faith we cannot please God. We hear people who talk about God and we see them praying to God,and we start doing the same. That is a blind faith.Just doing everything what our parent do, is a blind faith or dead faith.Why I say because we do it blindly. We require live faith to please living God.What is a faith.Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Now how to have that live faith? Bible says." Consequently faith comes from hearing(reading also) message,and the message is heard through the word of Christ.(Romans 10:17) In short, faith comes from reading the word of God, and that is a live faith.God looks at our live faith and not dead or blind faith.That's why we tell people to read bible. I have taken much of your time.Let me come to the point.I would suggest you to commit your life to Jesus.So that Jesus will come in your heart. Go in your room and pray. "Lord Jesus I believe that I am a sinner.I also believe that you died for my sins. Lord Jesus please forgive my sins and cleanse my heart with your precious blood to make me righteous.Lord Jesus thanks for forgiving my sins and also thank you for making me worthy to come before you. Lord Jesus give me your Holy Spirit which you have promised.Thank you for giving me your Spirit. I also thank you for accepting me as your child. I commit my life to you and promise to read your word everyday and follow your word.Loving Father I worship you and praise you in the mighty name of Jesus.Amen."

Tell your sister and your husband to say this prayer and commit their lives to Jesus.Once you do this,you become child of God (John 1:12) God gives you the right to become child of God.We become God's children by accepting Jesus as our Saviour.For John 1:12 says that. "Yet to all who received him,to those who who believed in his name,he gave the right to become children of God." One has to receive him(Jesus). It is conditional and not optional.Once you do it,all your problems God will solve.Once you become his daughter,then it is his duty to fulfill your wishes.He says, "Ask and you shall receive."(Mathew 7:7) God has promised his children and not everybody. After committing your life to Jesus,keep on praying and you will see his blessings flowing in your life. We will pray ofcourse, but you have to play your part. Our prayers are secondary or complementary. So my dear sister do it and you will see the result.Hallelujah.If any of your relatives, friends or neighbours have any problem,ask them to commit their life to Jesus and Jesus will solve their problem too.He is the only living God. The Lord God, All Powerful is absolutely all that we need. He is Your chosen and assigned portion, your cup; He holds and maintains you. (Psalm 16:5) In Him is our being. Jesus told us that He is the vine and we are the branches. If we remain in Him and His words remain in us, we can ask what we will and it shall be given us.

Do you need healing? Do you need provision? Do you need protection? Do you need a child?

What is it you need today? He is allotting it to you.

dear mrs fernandes am sorry to read about yr problems and hope and pray yr husband gets a job with enuf salary to sustain living in kwi... re yr case which is similar to that of yr sister's its advisable that u and yr husb attend a fertaliser clinic who will put things right as now in the advanced age round the world , these things can be rectified easily as long as u cooperate with the authorities..

Relation and not Religion.

Dear Readers, Many a times I have seen on this web, people asking for prayers on their problems. Yes,it is logical. But to pray to God, first of all one must know God and even if he knows God, he must have relation with God. Otherwise one is a stranger to God and God is a stranger to him. Since a person does not know God, how he can expect God to listen to him? Because God's word says. "We know that God does not listen to sinners." (John 9 :31) Many a times people see that their prayers are not answered and they start doubting God. God's word itself is very clear. People do not know God's word, which is the bible. First they should try to have relation with God. How to have that relation? The answer is very simple. Everybody is a sinner, and being a sinner everybody needs a Saviour. And who is the Saviour? Jesus is a Saviour. So in order to get saved from the sin, one has to accept Jesus as his Savior.

Now how to accept Jesus? By just praying this prayer. "Lord Jesus I believe that I am a sinner. I also believe that you have died on the cross for my sins. Lord Jesus forgive my sins and cleanse my heart with your precious blood and make me worthy to come before you. Lord Jesus thank you for forgiving my sins and accepting me as your child. Lord Jesus give me your Holy Spirit which you have promised. Lord Jesus thank you for giving me your Spirit. Today I commit my life to you and promise to read your word everyday. I also promise to live according to your word. Lord Jesus thank you for coming into my heart. Loving heavenly Father I praise you and worship you in the mighty name of Jesus.Amen. "Once you accept Jesus as your Savior not only you become his child but also you receive his precious gift, that is salvation. Jesus comes in your heart and makes your heart as his temple. You become holy, as he is holy. God starts working in your heart. He starts changing your life.You become a new creation. (II Cor.5 :17) Now since you accepted Jesus,you have relation with God.Now you start praying to God. You will see the fruit of your prayers which will make you happy and your heart will be filled with love, joy, peace. My dear friend try to understand God's plan for you and your loved ones. Do it and your joy will know no limit. For our God is a loving God who loves everyone whoever comes to him. Hallelujah. People are misguided.People are living in darkness. People should be brought into his marvelous light. People can be brought into the light by reading the bible. Satan has succeeded in keeping people in darkness so far but now he knows that his end is near, because people have started reading the word of God, that is the bible.God is bringing people into his light. Hallelujah. God's word is being preached day and night on radio and television. God's people are going around the world preaching the Gospel. For God nothing is impossible. God knows his people. He is searching them, calling them and ready to embrace them. Hallelujah.
